INTRODUCTION

The Mill Creek Stewardship & Rehabilitation Opportunities Plan reviews the current status of Mill Creek as a cold-water stream, and provides guidance for preserving this important water resource. This document serves three purposes:

a guide for Friends of Mill Creek to focus limited resources on priority stewardship and rehabilitation projects,
a resource for landowners interested in undertaking stewardship or rehabilitation projects, and
a community resource for individuals or groups interested in stewardship best practices.
